- Make a note of the total number of teams and individuals that will need to be photographed.
- Unlike many photography companies, we prefer to shoot Picture Day outside whenever possible. The natural light in a more natural setting provides better colors which results in better photos and happier customers.
- We generally need about 15 - 30 minutes to cover the team and individual shots for each team. With larger teams (football, cheer, etc.) those times can increase to up to 30 - 45 minutes.
- Photo package envelopes need to be distributed at least a week or two in advance. The envelopes we provide are self explanatory and show pricing that already includes tax.
- At least one week before picture day, please provide us with a schedule or list of teams, coaches, and sponsors. That will help us prepare our staff with equipment and materials for the shoot. We can also help you with scheduling if you would like.
- Ask us about our special fundraising opportunities when you use us for both Picture Day as well as Onsite Action Photography. Contact our office at 800.630.1022 and ask about these special opportunities.
- Beyond this Picture Day experience, we want to build a relationship with you and your league. That said, please keep track of comments made about Picture Day, good and bad, and give us the opportunity to eliminate the bad and make the good even better.
- Because we often shoot outside, please make plans or other arrangements for a Rain Date in case of inclement weather.
- Have a team or parent representative on hand to assist and act as a liaison between our staff and your organization.
- Remember, when booking us for your Picture Day or for Action Photography of an upcoming tournament, book as early as you can and, if possible, avoid holidays.
